What Does a Full Home Inspection Cover?

A Full Home Inspection consists of 2 parts: the Home Components Inspection and a separate Pest & Dry Rot Report. Your full home inspection will take about 2.5 to 3.5 hours.

Easy-to-read Full Home Inspection Report

Your 20 page Full Home Inspection and Dry Rot written report covers the 30 - 40 areas found in a typical home to give you a complete, easy-to-understand picture of your home's condition.

• The condition of every major component from the roof to the basement with detailed explanations
• Highlights of the structure's attribute
• Diagrams of areas of concern & what to watch out for
• Identification of possible safety issues including structural, electrical, water, & mold
• Maintenance recommendations

Your report will be sent by email 24 to 48 hours after the inspection. You may also request a hard copy of your report be sent via mail.
