General Residential Pest Control Treatments

VIP services range from a one-time pest control treatment to regularly scheduled pest maintenance programs. From small storage sheds to residential units to large building complexes — we treat them all.

General Insect & Spider Control Treatment

Treatment for sweet ants, carpenter ants, bees and other pests insect pests found in Southern Oregon homes customized to meet your needs.

General application involves:

• Exterior spray in 5 -10 foot treatment area around entire home
• Removal of spider webs
• Treatment for wasps
• Removal of most nests from eaves of home
• Bait for ants and other insects around the outside of the home
• Fog crawl space

Cost: Cost per treatment will vary on the specifics of program, number of buildings maintained, size, terrain and plan selected. Some restrictions may apply to termites and rodent control.

Warranty: 2 months* 
*DEQ restricts many of the longer lasting chemicals.  However we have programs that can extend the warranty.

Flea treatment & Control

Fleas fall into a specific category because of the nature of the problem and the variety of approaches needed to ensure the complete eradication of both adult fleas and the nymphs and eggs that will reinfest your home.

Cost: Depends on the size of the home including the outside areas that require treatment. Typical one-time flea control application: $325.00 to $375.00

Subterranean Termite Control

Subterranean termites are the most destructive of all pests in Oregon. We use only best products available  (TERMIDOER) with best application techniques used, the TRENCHING AND INJECTION method. We provide an outstanding warranty and back up all our work.

Repairing dry rot damage is a costly but common expense for homeowners in our area. Valley Inspection and Pest Inc. has special Oregon state certification in Under Structure and Wood Treatments, and can treat dry rot and mildew.

Moss Treatment & Moss Removal

Moss causes damage to your roof resulting in damage to the attic and home.  We can remove moss and treat to protect your home.
